Originally incorporated as a swim club in 1928, the Hopewell Quarry was purchased in August 2021 by Friends of Hopewell Quarry - a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving this historic resource as protected open space and, through it, serving the public in perpetuity.
Your safety is our top priority.
Anyone age 7-17 must pass the Quarry swim test. No one under 7 is permitted in the Quarry. If you cannot swim do not enter the Quarry.

PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that the water will close 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO our facility's closing time. This measure ensures the safe closure of the water and provides our lifeguards with adequate time to perform necessary cleaning tasks on the facility, pool deck, and waterfront areas. Your cooperation in adhering to this procedure is greatly appreciated for the safety and well-being of all. Thank you for your understanding.

Open 7 Days a Week
Monday - Wednesday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Thursday - Friday: 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Weekends: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
(Saturday Adult Swim: 9:00 am - 11:00 am)

We kindly ask that you note our facility's closing time at 6:00 pm/ 7:00pm (Thursday and Friday ONLY) sharp. As our dedicated staff and lifeguards wind down for the day, we greatly appreciate your cooperation in exiting the premises promptly and safely.
