At the Hopewell Quarry, we encourage you to savor the freedom of bringing your own food and drinks to enhance your experience. With several grill stations conveniently located throughout our scenic landscape (please don't forget to bring your own coals!), our grounds offer the perfect backdrop for a delightful picnic with friends and family.

While our on-site snack shack has been a favorite spot for many in the past, we are currently keeping the kitchen closed for the foreseeable future.

In the interim, we're pleased to offer a selection of cold drinks, snacks, and decadent OWOWCOW ice cream at the front gate. Additionally, on weekends, we've arranged for a lineup of food trucks parked just outside the front gate, open to the public for your dining pleasure.

  • Chavas Empanadas

    Their Colombian empanadas are very different from the rest of the world as they are made from corn and no flour, making us 100% Gluten Free and giving them an extra crunchy, sweet, and savory taste that no flour empanada could ever duplicate. Once you try one you will always want “one” more.


  • The Mexi-Boys

    The Mexi Boys is your go-to truck for traditional Mexican food, vegan Mexican food, and twists on classic Mexican dishes. The Fried Burrito and The Mexi Boys Cone (think a fried tortilla in the shape of a cone stuffed with all the goodness of a traditional burrito) are just some of the dishes customers are raving about.
